We at baim built our platform for mobile users first. Installing baim on your phone takes a few minutes. Installation paths on baim

iOS and web browser access
iPhone and iPad users access baim through Safari, Chrome, or another mobile browser. Simply open baim.app in your browser and log in with your email and password. The web interface automatically adjusts to your screen size and touch controls. We do not require you to download anything from the Apple App Store. Your browser secures your login session with encryption; we recommend that you clear your browser cache if you use a shared device. The web version supports all baim features—account management, deposits via DANA or e-wallet, live casino tables, and football betting—with the same performance as our native Android app.
Progressive web app (PWA)
Our progressive web app combines features of a native app and a web browser. When you visit baim.app on your phone, you can save it to your home screen (look for an "Add to Home Screen" option in your browser menu). The PWA caches certain files locally, reducing data usage and improving load speed on slower connections. Push notifications alert you to live match updates and account alerts—this feature requires you to grant notification permission in your browser settings. The PWA works offline for cached features; when you reconnect, it syncs your latest account balance and transaction history with our servers.

Troubleshooting common installation issues
If your Android phone blocks the APK installation, enable "Unknown Sources" in your security settings: go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and toggle it on. Our APK is signed with a secure certificate; you can verify it by opening Settings → Apps → baim and checking the certificate information. If the app crashes after installation, clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → baim → Storage → Clear Cache) or reinstall the APK. On iOS, if baim.app does not load in your browser, clear your browser cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) and refresh the page. If you encounter persistent installation errors, our support team can investigate your specific device and provide targeted guidance.
Data, permissions, and account security on baim
When you use baim on mobile, we collect information needed for account verification, deposit processing, and customer support. Your email, password, and KYC documents are encrypted before storage. We request camera permission only to capture your identity photo during verification; we do not use your camera for any other purpose. Location data is not required; our service is available only in jurisdictions where applicable law permits. Your DANA, e-wallet, or other payment details are processed through secure payment gateways and never stored on our servers in plain text. When you withdraw funds, our compliance team reviews your request within standard review windows—typically one to three business days—before releasing the payment.
Our Android app and web version transmit all data using TLS encryption—the same security protocol banks use for online banking.
